The Shares are held by a custodian nominee for the benefit of Worrall SMSF Pty Ltd ATF Worrall Superannuation Fund ( Worrall Super Fund ), Margaret Anne Haseltine Super Fund ( MH Super Fund ), and New Climate Pty Ltd ATF The New Climate Trust ( New Climate Trust ).

Ms Haseltine is the practical controller and beneficiary of Worrall Super Fund, MH Super Fund and New Climate Trust.

1. 49,849 fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ) held by a custodian nominee for the benefit of the Worrall Super Fund.

2. 25,480 Shares held by a custodian nominee for the benefit of the MH Super Fund.

3. 5,400 Shares held by a custodian nominee for the benefit of the New Climate Trust.
