Bapcor Limited (ASX: BAP) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Bapcor Limited (‘BAP’) will be halted at the request of BAP, pending the release of an announcement by BAP.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 23 February 2026; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

BAP’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Request for Trading Halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Bapcor Limited (ACN 153 199 912) ( Bapcor ) requests the immediate implementation of a trading halt in its ordinary shares (ASX Code: BAP).

Bapcor provides the following information for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1.

• (a) The trading halt is requested pending the release by Bapcor of a material trading update for 2H FY26 and financial update.

• (b) Bapcor requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of:

  • (i) Bapcor making an announcement to the market of a material trading update for 2H FY26 and financial update; and

  • (ii) the commencement of trading on Monday 23 February 2026.

• (c) Bapcor is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
