Bapcor Limited (ASX: BAP) – Suspension from Quotation

The securities of Bapcor Limited (‘BAP’) will be suspended from quotation immediately under Listing Rule 17.2 at the request of BAP, pending the release of an announcement by BAP.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain suspended until the earlier of:

  • the end of the period stated in BAP’s request for voluntary suspension; or

  • the release of the announcement to the market.

BAP’s request for voluntary suspension is attached below for the information of the market.

Bapcor Limited (ASX Code: BAP) - request for voluntary suspension

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rue 17.2, Bapcor Limited (ACN 153 199 912) ( Bapcor ) requests the immediate implementation of a voluntary suspension from trading of its ordinary shares (ASX: BAP).

Bapcor provides the following information for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.2.

    1. the voluntary suspension is requested pending the release by Bapcor of a material trading update for 2H FY26 and financial update and potentially undertaking a capital raising.
    1. Bapcor requests that the voluntary suspension remain in place until the earlier of: a) Bapcor makes an announcement regarding a potential capital raising; and
    • b) the commencement of trading on Thursday, 26 February 2026.
    1. Bapcor is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.

Bapcor notes that the voluntary suspension requested above will not be lifted by ASX until the trading day after the 1H FY26 financial statements are released to the market (currently scheduled for release on Wednesday 25 February 2026). It is proposed that the voluntary suspension be lifted by Bapcor making an announcement regarding a potential capital raising.
