Request for Trading Halt Burson Group Limited

Burson Group Limited (ACN 153 199 912) ( Burson ) requests the immediate imposition of a trading halt in the ordinary shares of Burson (ASX Code: BAP), to apply from the commencement of trading today, Monday 15 June 2015, until the earlier of Burson making an announcement regarding the outcome of the institutional component of an accelerated renounceable entitlement offer (the Offer ) and the commencement of trading on Thursday 18 June 2015.

For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Burson provides the following information:

• (a) The trading halt is requested pending the announcement of the Offer.

• (b) Burson requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of Burson making an announcement to the market regarding the outcome of the institutional component of the Offer and the commencement of trading on Thursday 18 June 2015.

• (c) Burson is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
