Release of shares from voluntary escrow

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, Burson Group Limited (the Company ) advises that 27,266,396 ordinary shares in the Company will be released from escrow on the date that the Company releases its full year results for the period ended 30 June 2015, which is currently expected to be on 20 August 2015. These ordinary shares are held by the Quadrant Funds and certain members of senior management (or entities they control).
