AHG TO RETAIN COVS PARTS STORES IN WA
In response to press speculation in early 2014, AHG confirmed it had been approached by prospective buyers of the Covs Parts retail stores in Western Australia.
In the intervening months discussions have continued with Burson Group Limited but that exploratory process was recently concluded.
AHG Managing Director Mr Bronte Howson said, “It is widely known we considered a potential sale of the Covs retail stores but in the end we have concluded it is not in the best interest of AHG shareholders to proceed with the sale.”
