APPOINTMENT OF ANNETTE CAREY TO THE BOARD
Bapcor Limited (“Bapcor” or the “Company”, ASX: BAP), is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Annette Carey, as Non-Executive Director of Bapcor, effective 1 October 2025.
Bapcor’s Executive Chair and Chief Executive Officer, Angus McKay said: “ I am delighted to welcome Annette to the Bapcor Board. Her extensive executive and non-executive experience in leading strategic growth across prominent organisations in the logistics and supply chain sectors, will be invaluable to Bapcor. Annette’s appointment is the first step in the refresh of Bapcor’s Board, and I am looking forward to working with her and the Board to deliver our strategic imperatives .”
Annette brings over 35 years’ experience, having held non-executive, executive and senior legal roles across the logistics, supply chain and security sectors in Australia and internationally. Her most recent executive experience was as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Linfox Armaguard, and prior to that as Executive General Manager International with Australia Post. Annette has also held the roles of CEO, and as General Counsel & Company Secretary of Linfox Australia.
Annette is currently a Non-Executive Director of Sigma Healthcare Limited (ASX:SIG) and Kinetic Group, and with effect from 1 November 2025, will be appointed to the Board of Downer EDI Limited (ASX:DOW). Annette holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from Monash University.
Commenting on her appointment, Annette stated: “ I am excited to join Bapcor as non-executive director and look forward to delivering Bapcor’s strategy alongside the Board and Bapcor’s group leadership team. ”
