Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Bapcor Limited (" Bapcor " or "the Company ", ASX: BAP) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Kate Spargo as non-executive director of Bapcor, effective 1 March 2023.

Kate has gained broad business experience both as a legal advisor, having worked in private practice and government, and as a director in a range of industries including infrastructure, energy, renewables, healthcare, engineering services, construction, retail and financial services and intellectual property.

Kate is currently a non-executive director at ASX listed companies Sigma Healthcare Ltd, Sonic Healthcare Ltd and Adairs Ltd, and sits on the board of the Geelong Football Club.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Law with Honours, an Arts degree from the University of Adelaide and is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Commenting on her appointment, Ms Spargo said: “I’m excited to be joining Bapcor as non-executive director and support Bapcor in its transformation and next stage of growth.”
