Bapcor appoints Interim Chief Financial Officer

Bapcor Limited (" Bapcor " or "the Company ", ASX: BAP) has today appointed Brad Soller as Interim Chief Financial Officer ( Interim CFO ), effective immediately. The appointment follows Bapcor’s previous Chief Financial Officer, Noel Meehan, being appointed as Chief Executive Officer on 8 February 2022.

Mr Meehan said: “ Bapcor is delighted to confirm Brad’s appointment as Interim CFO. Brad is a highly experienced CFO, having held various CFO positions, most recently as Group CFO of Metcash, a position he held for six years, and prior to that serving as the CFO of David Jones and as Group CFO of Lendlease. Brad joining the Bapcor team will be a real asset whilst we complete an international executive search for a new permanent CFO, a process that Brad has advised Bapcor he is not participating in.”

Mr Soller’s appointment is on an interim basis. Bapcor’s search for a new permanent CFO is well advanced, with an appointment expected to be announced in the near future.
