Appointment of Company Secretary

Bapcor is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr George Sakoufakis as Bapcor’s General Counsel and Company Secretary effective 1 February 2021.

Mr Sakoufakis commenced with Bapcor as General Counsel in May 2019 following a successful career as Legal Director at Carlton and United Breweries and is an admitted solicitor and holds a Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor or Laws from Deakin University.

Bapcor also announces the resignation of Mr Noel Meehan as Company Secretary and the resignation of Mr Chris Collison as Joint Company Secretary of Bapcor effective today.

Mr Meehan will continue to focus on the role of Chief Financial Officer and Mr Collison continues as General Manager Commercial of Bapcor’s Specialist Wholesale Mechanical Business.
