Appointment of Joint Company Secretary
Bapcor Limited ( Bapcor or the Company ) advises that Mr Chris Collison has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary of Bapcor, effective 17 April 2019.
Mr Collison joined Bapcor in September 2015, and has held a number of senior finance roles within Bapcor. Chris has more than 25 years of experience in the Australian automotive industry, including various executive roles during a 20 year career with General Motors Ltd.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting from Victoria University.
Chris is General Manager Commercial of Bapcor’s Specialist Wholesale Business and currently Acting CFO.
