Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Bapcor Limited (ASX: BAP ) ( Bapcor ) is pleased to advise of the appointment of Ms Jennifer Macdonald as a Non–Executive Director of Bapcor, effective 1 September 2018.

Ms Macdonald is a professional company director, and currently serves on the board and audit committee of a number of ASX-listed companies. Ms Macdonald has previously held various senior management positions with ASX-listed and global companies, including as CFO and interim CEO at Helloworld Limited, and CFO and General Manager International at REA Group Ltd.

Ms Macdonald holds a Masters of Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Swinburne University, a Graduate Diploma from the Securities Institute of Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University. She is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant ANZ.

Ms Macdonald, an independent Director, will assume the roles of Chairman of Bapcor’s Audit and Risk Management Committee, and member of Bapcor’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
