3-year Extension of CEO/ Managing Director’s Services Contract

At its Annual General Meeting today, Bapcor Limited announced that it has agreed an additional three-year extension to the term of CEO / Managing Director Darryl Abotomey’s employment contract, which will now run until April 2022. The material terms of the employment contract remain unchanged.

Bapcor’s Chairman Andrew Harrison said “We are delighted that Darryl has re-committed to Bapcor as CEO and Managing Director for an additional three years. Darryl led Bapcor through the IPO in April 2014 and since that time, he and the executive team have driven significant value for shareholders. The Board looks forward to continuing to work with Darryl and his team as we pursue a number of growth initiatives over the next three years.”
