2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
Bapcor Limited (ASX:BAP) advises that its 2023 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held at 127139 Link Road, Melbourne Airport VIC 3045 as a hybrid meeting (in person and online) at 1.30pm (AEDT) on Tuesday 17 October 2023 .
The closing date for the Company’s receipt of any nominations for the position of director at the AGM is 5.00pm (AEST) on Monday 28 August 2023 .
Further details relating to the AGM will be advised in the Notice of Meeting which will be made available to all shareholders and lodged with the ASX in the coming weeks.
