NOTICE OF MEETING - CLARIFICATION
Bapcor Limited (ASX:BAP) ( Company ) has become aware of a typographical error in the Company’s Notice of Annual General Meeting lodged with ASX on 18 September 2023 ( Notice ).
Item 7.7 of the Notice should read as follows:
“The ROIC hurdle will be calculated for the LTI Performance Period, as the simple average of the Company’s ROIC as at 30 June 2024 , 30 June 2025 and 30 June 2026 .”
This corrects the previously stated dates of 30 June 2023, 30 June 2024 and 30 June 2025.
The corrected Notice is available on the Company’s website, at https://www.bapcor.com.au/announcements.
