APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, COMPANY SECRETARY AND AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The board of directors (“ the Board ”) of Wai Chun Group Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”) is also pleased to announce that Dr. Ng Chun Pang (“ Dr. Ng ”) has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and Authorised Representative of the Company, with effect from 5 May 2021.

Dr. Ng obtained his several doctoral degrees and master degrees in Australia, United Kingdom, United States and Hong Kong. Dr. Ng is a fellow member of Chartered Governance Professional of the Hong Kong, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators), Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators, Association of International Accountants, Institute of Public Accountants, The Institute of Certified Management Accountants, Institute of Financial Accountants and The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong.

Dr. Ng is an experienced Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Company Secretary and University Lecturer. Dr. Ng has more than 20 years of experience as a senior management of large multinational companies and listed companies. Dr. Ng has worked in various fields such as real estate, corporate finance, legal and compliance, internal control, corporate governance and tertiary education. Prior to joining the Company, Dr. Ng also served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Financial Controller, Company Secretary and Authorised Representative in numbers of main board listed companies in Hong Kong and Singapore.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to welcome Dr. Ng on his appointment as the Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and Authorised Representative of the Company.
