• 1. Ap prove the Audited Financial Statement (Standalone and Consolidated )of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2022;
• ii. Approve the Audited Financial Results (Stan dalone and Consolidated) of the Company for th e quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022;
• iii. Recommendation of the dividend on equity shares, if any for the fina ncia l year ende d 31st March, 2022 and
• iv. Recommendation of sub-division of the Company's equity shares of face va lue of Rs. 5/ each an d matters related thereto.

Furthe r, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for trading in the shares of the Company will open after expiring of 48 hours from declaration of the Audited Financial Results for quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2022 for the Directors and Key Managerial Personnel/Designated Persons/ Connected Persons of the Company.
