Sub: Notice of 48[th] Annual General Meeting, E-Voting and Book Closure

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30, 42, 44 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015, we hereby inform you that:

The 48[th] Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Shareholders of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 6[th] August, 2024 at 04:30 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other AudioVisuals Means (OAVM) facility. The Notice of the 48[th] AGM and Annual Report for the FY 202324 will be sent only through electronic mode to those shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Registrar & Share Transfer Agents of the Company and with their respective Depository Participants (DP’s).

The company has provided the facility to vote by electronic means (Remote e-Voting) on all Resolutions as set out in notice of AGM to those members, who are holding shares either in physical or in electronic form as on the cut-off date i.e. on Tuesday, 30[th ] July, 2024.

The remote e-voting will commence at 9:00 A.M. (IST) on Friday, 2[nd] August, 2024 and end at 5:00 P.M. (IST) on Monday, 5[th ] August, 2024.

The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the company will remain closed from Wednesday, 31[st ] July, 2024 to Tuesday, 6[th ] August, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM and determining the eligibility of the Members entitled to dividend.
