This is to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of the company will be held on Thursday 30th September, 2021 at 11:00 A.M at the 264 M G ROAD SILIGURI Darjeeling 734405.

The register of members and share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from 24th September, 2021 to 30th September, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year 2020-2021.

Further pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 the Company has fixed Thursday 23rd September, 2021 as the cut-off date.
