Right to ask questions

Shareholders may ask written questions ahead of the General Meeting of 27 May 2013 by notifying such questions to the Bank no later than 21 May.

A written question asked within this time limit will be answered at the General Meeting of 27 May 2013:

• if the question relates to the items on the agenda of the General Meeting of Shareholders;
• insofar as the disclosure of information of facts is not detrimental to the Bank's interests or the confidentiality obligations entered into by the Bank or its Directors; and
• if the shareholder asking the question is registered as a shareholder on the date of 13 May 2013.

A question asked orally during the General Meeting will be answered under the same conditions.
