Bannerman Resources Limited (ASX: BMN) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Bannerman Resources Limited (‘BMN’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of BMN, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 11 February 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Bannerman Resources Limited (ASX: BMN, OTCQB: BNNLF, NSX: BMN) ( Bannerman or the Company ) requests that an immediate trading halt be granted by the ASX with respect to the Company’s securities, pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.
The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the opening of trade on Thursday, 11 February 2021, unless before that time the Company makes an announcement regarding the capital raising.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
