Bannerman Resources Limited – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Bannerman Resources Limited (the ‘Company’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 8 June 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Bannerman Resources Limited (ASX: BMN) (“ Company ”) requests that an immediate trading halt be granted by the ASX with respect to the Company’s ordinary shares, pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.
The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the opening of trade on Friday, 8 June 2018, unless before that time the Company makes an announcement regarding a capital raising.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
