Subject:Transfer to eligible persons of own shares bought back by the Bank
Legalbasis:Article17(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and ofthe Council of 16 April 2014 (Market Abuse Regulation or MAR).
Withreference to the Bank's current reports No. 29/2022 of 7 November 2022,30/2022 of 14 November 2022, 34/2022 of 16 December 2022 and No. 27/2023of 29 December 2023, the Management Board of Bank Handlowy w WarszawieS.A. ("Bank") gives notice that on 22 July 2024 the Bank initiated thetransfer to the Bank's eligible employees, free of charge, of 116_#160;994_#160;own sharespreviously bought back by the Bank and completed the process oftransferring own shares in 2024.
Thetransfer of own shares referred to in the preceding paragraph wascompleted in favor of the Bank's eligible employees on the termsindicated in the Bank's revised selected remuneration policies referredto in the Bank's current report No. 29/2022 of 7 November 2022.
