Legal basis:§84 (1) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2015 oncurrent and periodic information provided by issuers of securities andconditions for recognizing as equivalent information required under thelaw of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 755) ("theOrdinance').

Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.("the Bank") hereby presents the schedule for submissions of periodicreports in 2026:

1.Annual Reports 2025

-Stand-alone annualreport of the Bank for 2025 - March 17, 2026

-Consolidated annualreport of the capital group of the Bank for 2025 - March 17, 2026

2.Quarterly Reports

-Consolidated reportof the capital group of the Bank for Q1 2026 - May 7, 2026

-Consolidated reportof the capital group of the Bank for Q3 2026 - November 5 2026

3.Semi-annualReport

-Consolidated reportof the capital group of the Bank for H12026 - August 27, 2026

TheBank announces that, in accordance with § 63 (1) of the Ordinance, theCompany will not publish separate stand-alone quarterly reports of theBank. Consolidated quarterly reports of the Capital Group of the Bankwill include the quarterly financial information.

TheBank will not publish quarterly reports for Q2 and Q4 of 2026, inaccordance with § 83 (2) of the Ordinance. Also, the Bank will notpublish a separate stand-alone semi-annual report, in accordance with §63 (3) of the Ordinance.
