Subject:Notification of transaction in financial instruments made by persondischarging managerial responsibilities

Legal basis:Art.19 (3) of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU)No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse ("Market AbuseRegulation").

Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.(hereinafter referred to as "the Bank") hereby provides to the generalpublic notification received on July 25, 2025 on the transactionreferred to in Article 19 paragraph 1 of the Regulation of the EuropeanParliament and of the Council No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on marketabuse ("Market Abuse Regulation") provided by Mr. Patrycjusz Wójcik -Vice President of the Management Board who is discharging managerialresponsibilities at the Bank.
