Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.("the Bank") hereby presents the schedule for submissions of periodicreports in 2025:

TheBank announces that, in accordance with § 62 (1) of the Ordinance, theCompany will not publish separate stand-alone quarterly reports of theBank. Consolidated quarterly reports of the Capital Group of the Bankwill include the quarterly financial information.

TheBank will not publish quarterly reports for Q2 and Q4 of 2025, inaccordance with § 79 (2) of the Ordinance. Also, the Bank will notpublish a separate stand-alone semi-annual report, in accordance with §62 (3) of the Ordinance.
