Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.(hereinafter referred to as "the Bank") hereby provides to the generalpublic received on May 30, 2025 notification of transaction, referred toin Article 19 paragraph 1 of the Regulation (EU) no 596/2014 of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on Market Abuse("Market Abuse Regulation") provided by Vice President of Bank'sManagement Board - Mr. Maciej Kropidłowski as a person dischargingmanagerial responsibilities at the Bank.
