Subject:Notification of transactions in financial instruments made by personsdischarging managerial responsibilities

Legal basis:Art.19 (3) of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU)No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse ("Market AbuseRegulation").

Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.(hereinafter referred to as "the Bank") hereby provides to the generalpublic notification of transaction referred to in Article 19 paragraph 1of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council No.596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse ("Market Abuse Regulation")provided by Chairmen of Bank's Supervisory Board - Mr. Sławomir S.Sikora as a person discharging managerial responsibilities at the Bank.
