(hereinafter referred to as "the Bank") hereby provides to thegeneral public notifications of transactions referred to in Article 19paragraph 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of theCouncil No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse ("Market AbuseRegulation") provided by following_#160;personsdischarging managerial responsibilities at the Bank:
