Subject:Lack of additional capital requirement (P2G) imposed on_#160;Bank Handlowy wWarszawie S.A.

Legal basis:Article17 (1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and ofthe Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).

The Management Board of BankHandlowy w Warszawie S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;) hereby informs that it received aletter from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (_quot;PFSA_quot;) dated 16December 2024 in which the PFSA informed that in the supervisoryassessment process it assessed as low the Bank's sensitivity to thepossible materialisation of stress scenarios affecting the level of ownfunds and risk exposure.

Having regard to the above, thePFSA did not impose on Bank an additional capital add-on (P2G) forabsorption of potential losses resulting from the occurrence of stressconditions.
