Subject: Informationon potential payment of dividend from 2019 profit

Legal basis: Article 17Section 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament andof the Council of 16 April 2014 (MAR Regulation).

In reference to currentreport no. 6/2025 of 13 March 2025, the Management Board of BankHandlowy w Warszawie S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs you that on 22 August2025, it was advised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority("PFSA") that the PFSA did not have any objections to the potentialpayout by the Bank of the dividend (advance dividend) from the 2019profit in the amount of PLN 449,201, 545.40.

The payment of advancedividend to shareholders depends on the final decisions of theManagement Board and the Supervisory Board of the Bank, about which theBank will inform in a separate current report.
