With reference to the current report No. 7/2022 ofMarch 15, 2022, the Management Board of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.(_quot;the Bank_quot;) informs that on March 24, 2022, the Supervisory Board ofBank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. adopted a resolution and gave a positiveopinion on the submission to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholdersof the motion of the Management Board on the distribution of net profitfor 2021 in the amount of PLN 715,972,070.88 as follows:

1)_#160;_#160;_#160;dividend: PLN714,708,012.00,i.e. PLN 5.47 per share

2)_#160;_#160;_#160;reserve capital: PLN1,264,058.88.
