Re: Opinion of the Supervisory Board on thedividend date and dividend payment date

Legal basis:Art. 17sec. 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament andof the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).

With reference to the current report No. 13/2022 ofApril 26, 2022 and No. 14/2022 of April 29, 2022 informing about thedividend date and the dividend payment date, the Management Board ofBank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. (the _quot;Bank_quot;) informs that on May 11,2022, the Supervisory Board of the Bank gave a positive opinion on thesubmission to the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank of a proposal todetermine the dividend date on July 1, 2022 and the dividend paymentdate on July 11, 2022.

The above proposal will be submitted to the GeneralMeeting for the purpose of adopting a resolution.
