Re: Information on theamount of contribution to the compulsory resolution fund determined bythe Bank Guarantee Fund's Council for 2025

Legal basis:Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliamentand of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR)

With reference to the information received onMarch 26, 2025 from the Bank Guarantee Fund, the Management Board ofBank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. ("the Bank") hereby announces that theamount of the annual contribution determined by the Council of the BankGuarantee Fund for the Bank for the compulsory bank resolution fund for2025 combined with an adjustment for the 2023-2024 fee amounts to PLN95,799,732.53. The total amount of the fee will be booked by the Bank inQ1, 2025.
