Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.(hereinafter referred to as "the Bank") hereby provides to the generalpublic notification of transaction, referred to in Article 19 paragraph1 of the Regulation (EU) no 596/2014 of the European Parliament and ofthe Council of 16 April 2014 on Market Abuse ("Market Abuse Regulation").
