BankHandlowy w Warszawie S.A. announces that the shareholder having at least5% of the vote at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of BankHandlowy w Warszawie S.A. held on June 19, 2024 were:

1)_#160;_#160;_#160;CitibankEurope PLC with its seat in Dublin, Ireland. The number of shares heldby the shareholder entitled it to 97,994,700 votes, which represented84.24% of the votes cast at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholdersand 75.00% of the total vote cast.

2)_#160;_#160;_#160;Nationale-NederlandenOtwarty Fundusz Emerytalny with its seat in Warsaw, Poland. The numberof shares held by the shareholder entitled it to 6,580,000 votes, whichrepresented 5.66% of the votes cast at the Ordinary General Meeting ofShareholders and 5.04% of the total vote cast.

3)_#160;_#160;_#160;AllianzPolska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny with its seat in Warsaw, Poland. Thenumber of shares held by the shareholder entitled it to 6,173,576 votes,which represented 5.31% of the votes cast at the Ordinary GeneralMeeting of Shareholders and 4.72% of the total vote cast.
