Further to the agenda of the Annual General Meeting("AGM") of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. convened to be held on 19 June2024, which was presented in current report no. 19/2024 of 22 May 2024,the Management Board of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. ("Bank") herebygive notice that Citibank Europe Public Limited Company which is themajority shareholder of the Bank, has submitted today followingcandidates:
