Subject:Information about the appointment of Vice President of the ManagementBoard of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.

Legalbasis:§ 5 point 5) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated March 29,2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and the conditions for regarding as equivalent theinformation required by the law of a non-member state (Official Journalof 2018, item 757).

BankHandlowy w Warszawie S.A. ("the Bank") announces that on September 28,2023, the Supervisory Board of the Bank decided to appoint Mr. MaciejKropidłowski to the Management Board of the Bank with the position ofthe Vice President of the Management Board for next three-year term ofoffice. The term of office begins on January 1, 2024. As part of theinternal division of powers in the Management Board, Mr. MaciejKropidłowski will be a Vice President of the Bank's Management Boardresponsible for Financial Markets and Corporate Banking.

Mr.Maciej Kropidłowski has been the Vice- President of the Management Boardof Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. since March 19, 2014. Mr. MaciejKropidłowski has been the Financial Markets Sub-Sector Head at BankHandlowy w Warszawie S.A. since January 2014 and then since March 2018he has supervised the Financial Markets and Corporate Banking Sector. InFebruary 2014 he was appointed Member of the Supervisory Board of DomMaklerski Banku Handlowego S.A. (Brokerage House of Bank Handlowy S.A.).At Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. he is responsible for Treasuryoperations in the area of financing of the Bank's assets, money marketfinancial services, FX services, trading in securities and derivatives.

Mr.Maciej Kropidłowski started his career in 1995 in Citibank (Poland) S.A.in the Corporate Bank. Four years later he became an RM in theInternational Corporate Clients unit at Citibank N.A. in Switzerland. In2001 he returned to Poland and joined Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. asHead of Treasury Sales. In this role he was responsible for managing theStructuring and Treasury Products Sales Unit. In 2008 he was appointedHead of Treasury Sales for Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East andAfrica at Citibank N.A. in London and he was responsible for Treasuryproducts sales to corporate clients.

PanMaciej Kropidłowski has higher education. He is a graduate of theUniversity of Łódź, the Faculty of Management.

Mr.Maciej Kropidłowski does not perform any business activity outside theBank, and therefore he does not perform any activity competitive toBank, he does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in acivil company, partnership, or joint stock company, neither does heparticipate in a competitive legal person as a member of its governingbody.

Mr.Maciej Kropidłowski is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtorskept on the basis of the Act of August 20, 1997 on the National CourtRegister.
