We refer to Muscat Securities Market instructions on the above mentioned subject and would like to inform the market that Bank Muscat does not have any direct exposure to NMC Healthcare Group. Bank Muscat has only a guarantee limit of OMR 250k to a related company in Oman (UNIMONI EXCHANGE LLC). This guarantee is secured against 100% cash margin.
