(the "Bank") hereby informs ondates of periodical financial report releases in year 2024:1.Standalone annual report of the Bank for the year ended 31st December2023 and consolidated annual report of the Bank's Capital Group for theyear ended 31st December 2023:- on 22nd February 2024.2.Consolidated quarterly report of the Bank's Capital Group for the firstquarter of 2024:- on 30th April 2024.3. Consolidatedsemi-annual report of the Bank's Capital Group for the first half of2024:- on 8th August 2024.4. Consolidated quarterly reportof the Bank's Capital Group for the third quarter of 2024:- on7th November 2024.Additionally, the Bank informs that thepublished consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidatedsemi-annual report will include standalone quarterly financialinformation and condensed standalone semi-annual financial statement,respectively.Additionally, the Bank informs that it will notpublish quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2023 and for thesecond quarter of 2024.Legal basis:§ 80 section 1 of theOrdinance of the Minister of Finance, dated 29 March 2018 re: currentand periodical information submitted by the issuers of securities andconditions of considering as equal the information required by the legalprovisions of the non-member country
