UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION17.04.2024 - Report 12/2024:Resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Bank Polska Kasa OpiekiSpółka Akcyjna on the distribution of profit of the BankBankPolska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the "Bank")hereby informs that on 17 April 2024 the Ordinary General Meeting of theBank adopted the resolution on the distribution of profit of the Bank(the "Resolution").According to the Resolution:1.The undistributed part of the net profit of Bank for the year 2019 inthe amount of PLN 1,685,057,618.28 (in words: one billion six hundredeighty-five million fifty-seven thousand six hundred and eighteen zlotys28/100) is allocated to dividend.2. The profit of Bank for 2023in the amount of PLN 6,718,134,911.22 (in words: six billion sevenhundred and eighteen million one hundred and thirty-four thousand ninehundred and eleven zlotys 22/100) is divided as follows:1) theamount of PLN 1,686,584,359.44 (in words: one billion six hundredeighty-six million five hundred eighty-four thousand three hundredfifty-nine zlotys 44/100) is allocated to reserve capital,2) theamount of PLN 3,354,367,034.52 (in words: three billion three hundredfifty-four million three hundred sixty-seven thousand thirty-four zlotys52/100) is allocated to dividend,3) the remaining part of the profitin the amount of PLN 1,677,183,517.26 (in words: one billion six hundredand seventy-seven million one hundred and eighty-three thousand fivehundred and seventeen zlotys 26/100) is left undistributed.3.The amount of dividend per share is PLN 19.20 (nineteen zlotys 20/100).4.The dividend date is 24 April 2024.5.
