UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION10.10.2023 - 23/2023: A notificationfrom BlackRock, Inc. regarding the reduction of the share in the totalnumber of votes at the Bank's General Meeting below the threshold of 5%of the total number of votes in the BankBank Polska KasaOpieki Spółka Akcyjna (the "Bank") hereby informs about a notificationreceived on 10 October 2023 prepared on the basis of ESMA/2015/1597standards on a change in the share of the total number of votes at theBank's General Meeting. BlackRock, Inc. is a notifier. In accordancewith the information contained in the received notification, BlackRock,Inc decreased its share in the total number of votes at the Bank'sGeneral Meeting below the threshold of 5%.
