UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION17.04.2024 - Report 13/2024:Appointment of members of the Supervisory Board of Bank Polska KasaOpieki Spółka Akcyjna for a new joint term of officeBankPolska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the "Bank")informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank on 17 April 2024,taking into account the assessment of compliance with suitabilityrequirements, appointed the members of the Supervisory Board of the Bankfor a new joint term of three years, beginning on 18 April 2024.Thefollowing persons were appointed to the Supervisory Board of the Bank:Mr.Krzysztof Czeszejko-Sochacki - member of the Supervisory BoardMr.Bartosz Grześkowiak - member of the Supervisory BoardMr.Radosław Niedzielski - member of the Supervisory BoardMr.Jacek Nieścior - member of the Supervisory BoardMr. ArturNowak-Far - member of the Supervisory BoardMr. Artur Olech -member of the Supervisory BoardMr. Robert Sochacki - member of theSupervisory BoardMrs. Anna Wawrzyńczak-Palynyczak - member of theSupervisory BoardAccording to the submitted statements none ofthe members of the Supervisory Board of the Bank conduct any businesscompetitive to that of the Bank and none of the members is involved in acompetitive business as a shareholder or partner in a civil law company,a partnership or a corporation or a member of a corporate body of alegal person. According to the submitted statements none of the membersof the Supervisory Board of the Bank is registered in the Register ofInsolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of the KRS (NationalCourt Register) Act of 20 August 1997.The curricula vitae of themembers of the Supervisory Board of the Bank containing informationspecified in § 10 point 4 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information provided byissuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalentinformation required by the laws of the state not being a member state,constitute attachment to this current report.Legal basis:§ 5point 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018concerning current and periodical information published by issuers ofsecurities and terms of recognizing as equivalent information requiredby laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws 2018 item 757 withsubsequent changes).
