UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION08.05.2024 - Report 17/2024: Changes inthe Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna andcommence of qualification procedure for the positions of President andVice Presidents of the Management BoardThe ManagementBoard of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna informs that on May 8,2024 the Bank's Supervisory Board adopted the resolutions to recall atthe end of the day the following persons from the Management Board:-Mr. Leszek Skiba- Mr. Jarosław Fuchs- Mr. Jerzy Kwieciński-Mr. Wojciech Werochowski- Mr. Paweł Strączyński-Mr. Piotr ZborowskiThe resolutions on the aforementioned recallscame into effect upon adoption.Supervisory Board thanked formermembers of the Management Board for their contribution to thedevelopment of the Bank.The Bank's Supervisory Board passed aresolution to commence the qualification procedure for the position ofPresident and the positions of Board Members of the Bank's ManagementBoard.The Bank's Supervisory Board delegated the followingSupervisory Board members:- Mr. Robert Sochacki to temporarilyperform the duties of Vice President of the Management Board from 9 May2024, with assignment to manage the work of the Management Board,-Mrs. Anna Wawrzyńczak-Palynyczak to temporarily perform the duties ofVice-President of the Management Board from 9 May 2024,for aperiod of up to three months subject to the possibility of earlytermination of the delegation.Biographical notes and requiredstatements of the Supervisory Board's members performing ManagementBoard's duties were submitted by the Bank in the report No. 13/2024.Legalbasis:Paragraph 5 point 4 and 5 of the Ordinance of the Ministerof Finance on 29 March 2018 on the current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognisingsuch information as being equivalent to information required by theprovisions of law of a non-member state (Journal of Laws 2018 item 757with subsequent changes).
