Listing of 105,000,000 new ordinary shares and commencement of trading

Pursuant to Company Announcement No 325 dated 19 December 2017, Bank of Valletta p.l.c. announces that 105,000,000 new ordinary shares, resulting from the Rights Issue, have been admitted to the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange with effect from 22 December 2017. These shares are expected to commence trading as from the 27 December 2017.
