Notification of Major Holdings

Bank of Valletta p.l.c. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') hereby announces the receipt of a notification of major holdings from UniCredit S.p.A of Piazza Gae Aulenti, 3 – Tower A – 20154 Milano, Italy. By virtue of this notification, the Company was notified that on the 04 August 2025, the proportion of ordinary shares and corresponding voting rights held by UniCredit S.p.A in the Company was reduced from 5.21% to 3.63%.

The Company also announces the receipt of a notification of major holdings from Amalgamated Growth and Income Fund - Amalgamated Investments Sicav plc of Aragon House - Business Centre, Dragonara Road, St Julians. By virtue of this notification, the Company was notified that on the 04 August 2025, the proportion of ordinary shares and corresponding voting rights held by Amalgamated Growth and Income Fund - Amalgamated Investments Sicav plc in the Company was increased from 4.00% to 5.56%.
