Reference is made to Company Announcement 435 issued on 2 June 2022 whereby Bank of Valletta plc (the 'Bank') informed the market of the appointment of Deborah Schembri as Director of the Bank. Ms Deborah Schembri's appointment was subject to regulatory approval.

The Bank hereby announces that regulatory approval has now been received for the appointment of Deborah Schembri as Director of the Bank.
