Further to Company Announcement number 247, the information below is being provided in terms of Listing Rules 5.20 and 5.21.

The following persons have been appointed on the Board of Directors of the Bank with effect from the 19 December 2013:

• Mario Grima
• Joseph M Zrinzo

Mario Grima retired from Bank of Valletta p.l.c. in 2011 after a career spanning 37 years. At the Bank, he served in different positions, with his last role being as Executive Head Operations. Mr Grima also sits on the Board of the Malta Freeport Corporation. He resides at Lowndes Park C, Apartment 9, Alfred Gauci Street, St. Julian's STJ 1180.

Joseph M Zrinzo is the Managing Director of a group of family companies as well as other local companies. He served on the Board of GlobalCapital p.l.c. and resigned from this position on the 31 December 2013. He resides at Villa Floriana, 2, PH. Skippon Street, Birguma Naxxar NXR 4125.

There is no matter concerning Mr Grima and Mr Zrinzo requiring disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
