Joseph M Camilleri as Chief Officer Human Resources and member of the Executive Committee

Joseph M Camilleri joined the Bank in March 1987 and he is currently the Executive Head responsible for Human Resources. Throughout his career at the Bank, he has held a number of senior key executive positions including Head of IT Systems and Executive Head Wealth Management. Joseph M Camilleri holds a B.Sc. in Management and IT as well as a MBA both from the University of Malta. He is also currently Secretary to the Executive Committee. Joseph M Camilleri resides at 51, "April" Triq L-Emigranti, Naxxar.

Anthony Scicluna as Chief Officer Group Internal Audit and member of the Executive Committee

Anthony Scicluna joined the Bank in February 1984 and is currently the Executive Head responsible for Group Internal Audit. An accountant and auditor by profession, Anthony Scicluna also holds a B.A. (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Malta. He is also the Chairman of the Bank's New Product Approval Committee. Anthony Scicluna resides at 141, 'Bejnietna' Triq il-Kapuccini, Monte Rosa Gardens, San Gwann.

The above appointments are subject to regulatory approval.

There are no matters concerning Joseph M Camilleri and Anthony Scicluna requiring disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
