On Friday, October 21, 2005, Bank of the James Financial Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its earnings for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2005, the Company’s third fiscal quarter. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 .
